We have a 30-day order following policy after delivery ,hich means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request after sales service.
To be eligible on unhappy feedback wanting remake or part discount, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of order and payment record.

If your return or refund is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase order for the new item.

RETURNS
For all returns, items must be unwashed and unworn and accompanied with the invoice associated with the order. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please email us at info@glidestrike.com for a copy. Our return policy is honored within 30 days of the date purchased on our website. All orders past this time frame cannot be returned.
